If you need your order urgently, simply select our Express delivery option by clicking on the button at the bottom of the shopping basket page.
Express delivery is only available within the U.K., and you will receive your order within 2-3 working days. Our normal delivery time for standard orders is 5-7 working days.
There is no additional charge for Express delivery if your goods total is £20 or above, you will only be charged at our standard postage rate of £5.90 but your order will be treated as a priority and posted within 2-3 working days. For smaller orders (goods value below £20), we make a small additional charge of £3 for express (so £5.90 in total) - just add Express delivery by clicking on the button on your shopping basket and complete the payment/order process. You will then be emailed a separate payment link for the extra Express charge.
We will email you with the tracking number and exact morning of delivery just before despatch. We will also notify you in the unlikely event of any delay to your goods being posted.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special delivery, guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the day after posting. A signature is required, if you happen to be out when delivery is made you can collect the next day from your local royal mail depot quoting your tracking number.

If you have a specific date you require your express goods for (such as a dress fitting or hair trial), it would help us ensure we get your things to you in good time if you could email us with the date you need your order by.
